How does the tracker work?

A small device fits under your dashboard or seat. It sends your vehicle's location to our control room in real time, and to your phone via our app. If something goes wrong, our team can call you, alert the police, or remotely cut the engine.

How long does installation take?

30 to 60 minutes depending on the vehicle. We come to your home or office — you don't need to bring the car to us.

Can I see where the tracker is installed?

We don't broadcast the exact location for security reasons. If a thief knows where to look, they can disable it. The technician installs it discreetly and tests it with you before leaving.

What is the difference between Basic and Standard?

Basic gives you the essentials — GPS, monitoring, one mobile app user, engine kill, six months of history. Standard adds more app users, three geo-fences, a full year of history, and SMS alerts when the ignition turns on or off. Most customers pick Standard.

What is the Year 2 AMF?

The Annual Monitoring Fee — what you pay from Year 2 onwards to keep the 24/7 monitoring, app access, and SIM connectivity active. It's flat-rate, no surprises, and the hardware is yours to keep.

What happens if I lose mobile coverage?

The tracker stores location data locally and sends it when coverage returns. The unit also has its own SIM, so even if your phone is dead the tracker keeps reporting to the control room.

Can a thief remove the tracker?

Accepted Answer

Removing it requires finding it first — it's hidden, and any attempt to disconnect the battery triggers a tamper alert to our control room. Most theft attempts are stopped before the vehicle leaves the area.
